This website collects personal data in one place only, the contact form. If you do not write to us, we collect nothing that identifies you. This policy explains what happens to the information you do send, who handles it, and what you can require of us.

When you complete the contact form we receive what you enter: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, organization, country, the subject you select, and the content of your message.
Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential transaction material through the form. A first message needs only to tell us enough to arrange a proper conversation.
Separately, our hosting provider keeps standard technical records of requests to the site, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to operate and secure the site.
We use what you send to respond to you and, where it leads somewhere, to continue a business discussion. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business approaches and communicating with counterparties. Where you approach us about a possible transaction, the basis is also the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not add you to a marketing list because you completed the contact form.

The typefaces on this site are served by Google LLC. When a page loads, your browser requests those files from Google, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Some of these providers are established in the United States or may process data there. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is made under the safeguards permitted by Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We keep correspondence for as long as the relationship or prospective relationship is live, and afterwards for the period needed to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. Correspondence that leads nowhere is deleted once it no longer serves a purpose.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask us to confirm what data we hold on you and give you a copy, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict how we use it, provide it in a portable form, and stop using it where we rely on legitimate interest.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at www.aepd.es, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the mailbox holding contact form messages is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is perfect and we do not claim otherwise.
Any change to this policy will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be revised.
